Once approved by the project supervisor, these pictures are automatically made available in the yearbook app.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>Benefits<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Group together all pictures in one spot<\/li>\n<li>Allows easy sorting of pictures by the project supervisor<\/li>\n<li>The project supervisor can approve or reject pictures<\/li>\n<li>Having a record of who sent in a picture<\/li>\n<li>Rename and move pictures directly in the app<\/li>\n<li>Create categories to sort pictures<\/li>\n<li>Images that have been approved by the project supervisor are automatically available in the yearbook app<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>How does it work?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The project supervisor first has to<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/en\/yearbook-adding-users-to-boogie\/\">Create a Public Account<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 Photos or Topics\/Photos.<\/li>\n<li>The committee can share the log in information for this account to anybody who might send pictures for the yearbook along with their instructions.<br \/>*Make sure to share this information specifically to people who will need it. For example, your photographer won\u2019t need access to topics. A public account \u2013 Photos only would be the right access level for them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\">People will send pictures following the committee\u2019s instructions. The committee can decide what the instructions are to make the management of pictures as easy as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|15px||15px|false|true&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>a. Log in to<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.albumlaurentien.ca\/B2\/frmlogin.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fB2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boogie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>b. Click on the &#8220;Texts and Photos&#8221; tab. Select an existing category or create a new category.<\/p>\n<p>e. Click on<span>\u00a0<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span>Local drive<span>&#8220;<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>or<span>\u00a0<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span>Google drive<span>&#8220;<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>to access and select the pictures you wish to add. Click on<span>\u00a0<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span>Open&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>f. The project supervisor has to regularly check the app to see if pictures need to be approved or rejected. The photos can be moved to another category or renamed if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>5. The committee will be able to use pictures in the yearbook as soon as they are approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Manage received pictures<\/h2>\n<p><span>An image that has been uploaded by someone who is not part of the yearbook committee will appear as being\u00a0<\/span><em>Under Review<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The &#8220;Category&#8221;\u00a0drop-down menu allows you to see all categories that have been created and see images in each category.<\/li>\n<li>You can delete, move, approve or reject or put back under review an image; you must select the image before changing its state. Check the box in the upper right corner of the image to select it or click &#8220;Select all&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>In the menu, you will find the options to &#8220;sort&#8221;\u00a0and &#8220;filter&#8221;. This will help you while searching for images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>When you receive pictures, you\u2019ll have to evaluate whether or not you keep them for the yearbook. There are 5 states an image can be in:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/sn_uploads\/fck\/Albums\/boogiephotos\/Bulle-rose.jpg\" \/> <span>Pink bubble \u2013 Thumbs-up: The image was sent by a member of the committee. The image appears automatically in &#8220;My pictures&#8221;\u00a0folder in Boogie Yearbook and is ready for use;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/sn_uploads\/fck\/Albums\/boogiephotos\/Bulle-verte.jpg\" \/> <span>Green bubble \u2013 Checkmark: The image was placed in the yearbook pages;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/sn_uploads\/fck\/Albums\/boogiephotos\/Bulle-rouge.jpg\" \/> <span>Red bubble \u2013 Thumbs-down: The image was rejected by a project manager;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/sn_uploads\/fck\/Albums\/boogiephotos\/Bulle-mauve.jpg\" \/> <span>Purple bubble \u2013 Thumbs-up: The image was approved by a project manager. The image is available in &#8220;My pictures&#8221;\u00a0folder in Boogie Yearbook;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/laurentien.ca\/sn_uploads\/fck\/Albums\/boogiephotos\/Bulle-noire.jpg\" \/> <span>Black bubble \u2013 Question mark: The image is under review. The project supervisor has to determine if the image is approved or rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The project supervisor is the only one who can change the state of an image to be approved, rejected or under review. These actions are not definitive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is the procedure to change the state of a picture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Check the box in the upper right corner of the picture.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select the right state in the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;||15px||false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;|15px||15px|false|true&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>a. Approved<\/p>\n<p>b. Rejected<\/p>\n<p>c.
