For instance, if you possess three graduation photos per student, you will be required to delete two of them; otherwise, Boogie will generate a topic for every photo, resulting in an excess of two!<\/li>\n<li><span>\u00a0<\/span>Separate photo folders have been designated for teachers, non-teaching staff, and support staff.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The names of your image files includes the first and last names of the individuals depicted.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0All image files are named using the same naming standard. Follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;|15px||15px|false|true&#8221; custom_margin_tablet=&#8221;|15px|-20px|15px|false|true&#8221; custom_margin_phone=&#8221;|15px|-20px|15px|false|true&#8221; custom_margin_last_edited=&#8221;on|tablet&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Configuration menu<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Images tab<\/em>. Click on the pencil icon and select the appropriate file name that corresponds to the photos you wish to link.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;OK&#8221;. A topic will be created only if the box is checked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Topics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the list of topics for which Boogie has not identified a corresponding image.<\/p>\n<p>Red lines indicate potential errors. These can often arise if the file name includes compound names separated by spaces, such as &#8220;Laurie Ann Bolduc.&#8221; Please verify that names are correctly organized under the &#8220;Last name&#8221; and &#8220;First name&#8221; columns.<\/p>\n<p>The fields under the &#8220;Last name&#8221; and &#8220;First name&#8221; columns on the &#8220;Topics to be created&#8221; tab can be modified.
