Once you have signed your contract with Laurentien, you will receive an initial memo with a customized timeline based on the type of planner ordered. Friendly reminders will be sent to ensure all the necessary steps are taken.
Where to find the deadlines to submit your material?
In your Boogie Account, make sure you select the right project.
Select the Quotes tab and click on the View Contract button.
Failure to respect the timeline can result in a delay in production. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to meet these deadlines so we can make new arrangements.
To make sure the production of your planners runs smoothly, it is crucial that the deadline for changing the quantity or delivery date for your planners is respected.
It is important to inform us of your school’s summer break start and end dates.
Please ensure that your school will be open on the delivery date indicated in your contract. If you wish to reschedule your delivery, we may not be able to accommodate your revised date. If this is the case, we will offer you other options based our available production dates.
Any changes requested after this date will incur a minimum charge of $50.

We strongly recommend that you include an additional quantity when ordering your student planners. Orders placed after the initial delivery date may generate substantial costs.
