This is a project management application covering the period from the request for quotes to post-delivery follow-up on the finished product. It provides the necessary communication and service agreement (quote, contract) functions. Users have access only to projects with which they are associated.
What will this app do with user data?
The personal information collected is used for secure connection, technical support, delivery, and billing. Depending on the user’s role in the project, the information is:
- Full name
- Email address
- School phone number
- Personal phone number (optional)
- Position at school
- Best time to reach
- Preferred language
Each user account is associated with a school.
How does this application improve the user experience?
This application is necessary to conclude the service agreement between the school and Laurentien. It allows our clients to centralize information about their projects, simplify communications between the school team and Laurentien, and approve the proofs before the school yearbook and planner are printed. Boogie Project also provides access to applications used for yearbook layout.

Boogie Project is a web-based application used in elementary schools, high schools, CEGEPs, and universities across Canada. Users are the adults responsible for their school’s yearbook or planner, as well as the students involved in carrying out the project. Each individual has a secure account with a username and personal password that provides access only to information for the project with which they are associated. The data available depends on the role assigned to the user.

This application doesn’t request restricted scopes, but if it did, the Boogie Yearbook application’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Boogie Yearbook

Boogie Yearbook, a Web application developed by Marquis Laurentien, helps students and school staff to create and design the pages of their yearbook which, once complete, will be printed and distributed to the school by Marquis Laurentien.
What will this app do with user data?
The app allows users to upload project-related images such as student and school staff portraits, photos of school events, and custom graphics. All data collected is used to populate the yearbook pages and will not be used for any other purpose by Laurentien.
How does this app improve the user experience?
This Web app simplifies yearbook page production for students and school staff. With Boogie Yearbook, people can work together as a team, see changes and new content instantly, and let their imagination run free to create fully customized pages.

Users are the staff responsible for their school’s yearbook, as well as the students involved in carrying out the yearbook project. Each user has a secure account that provides access only to the yearbook project with which they are associated. Once connected, they use the application to select image files from various sources, like the local drive or their Google Drive account, and upload them to our server in order to insert the images into the yearbook pages.

Boogie Texts

This application is for managing the topics of a yearbook project. It includes word processing and content organization functions. A topic is a text identified to a person and can include custom images. Users have access only to the sections of the project with which they are associated.
What will this app do with user data?
Boogie Texts is for collecting texts for use in the yearbook. The app can access photos uploaded to Boogie Yearbook so that they can be linked to a topic. A topic is visible by its author, by the adult project manager(s), by the person(s) responsible for editing texts and by the students involved in producing the yearbook pages.
How does this application improve the user experience?
Boogie Texts centralizes all the topics of a project in one place to simplify the collection, editing and integration of yearbook material.
