This privacy policy ("Policy") is intended to let you know about how we, Marquis Laurentien ("we", "us", "our"), collect and use information so you can make an informed decision about using our Web application Boogie Texts ("the Service" or "our Service") hosted at www.albumlaurentien.ca/B4/b4-writer/en.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this Policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy.

Context

The Service is used in the context where an organization ("Client Organization") has signed a contrat with us for a yearbook project.

Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

In order to use the Service, the user ("User"), who is a member of the Client Organization, must log in with an account created in the Boogie Project application and which contains personal information. Link to the privacy policy of Boogie Project:

Non-Personal Information

Using the Service, the User can write texts that are displayed in the yearbook and saved in the database. These texts are kept in the database for a period of one year after the yearbooks have been delivered ("Project Completion"), allowing the Client Organization to transfer page layout elements into new yearbook projects during that following year. The texts are deleted from the database after that one year period.

Third party services

The Service uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
