How do I submit the material needed for my planners?

  You can submit the following file types:

  PDF file (.pdf)

  Photoshop (.tiff, .jpg, .png, .psd) : If your file is in PSD format, it must include all layers to facilitate editing, if applicable. You must also provide all fonts used. Templates are available for download below.

  InDesign 2020 or more recent (packaging required)  How to create packages using InDesign

  We do not accept the file formats listed below:

 PowerPoint (.ppt)

 Publisher (.pub)

 Corel Draw (.cdr)

The following file formats are also rejected  EXCEPT for providing instructions and special notes to add in your personalized weekly planner. We will refuse Code of conduct files submitted in Word or Excel formats.

• If the cover is printed on Duraflex material, avoid white and light colours because they may be see-through.
• Margins required around the page and to allow space for binding: 0.5" (12.7 mm).

Personal Information Page

For Laurentien planner covers printed on Duraflex
The cover includes a transparent window. Its size and position on the cover are predetermined to allow the display of your school address and logo printed on the first page inside your planner.

If you choose the Laurentien ID page, all you need to provide is a file containing the logo and the information that you wish to have displayed in the cover window. Our team will scale and position the content to fit the window size.

If you choose a personalized ID page, you must ensure that the information you wish to appear in the cover window is appropriately positioned:

• Provide your files in 8.5 × 11 in (21.59 × 27.94 cm) format regardless of the size of your planner.
• Use 0.5 in (12.7 mm) margins on every side, including the binding side of the page.

• Do not include pagination in the ID page layout.

For planner covers printed on cardstock
You can send us your personalized ID page along with your school pages. The technical specifications for the school pages also apply to the information page. If you choose the Laurentien personal information page, please ensure that the file containing the logo and other information you wish to add is clearly labelled.

School pages
